We do what we say
we're going to do.
We take each project personally.
We create client relationships that are built on trust and
teamwork.
We're fiercely loyal to our clients.
We listen . . . very closely.
We have a relentless attention to detail.
We're willing to stand up for our ideas
without forgetting who's the client.
We design buildings that work.
Really work for the people who use them.
We always do the right thing. Always.
SRBL is a customer intimate,
medium size architectural firm. We specialize in three primary
markets; the design of recreational facilities, municipal
buildings, and libraries.
We've built the business on rock solid
relationships...and rock solid work. We listen very carefully
to what our clients want.
We learn as much as we can about a client's
operation. We collaborate. We maximize the budget. We keep
listening. We never sacrifice function. We never short change
the details. Only then can we develop designs that truly meet
a client's program...and deliver exceptional work.
Then, we go one step further. We work closely
with the contractors to foster a true win-win-win relationship.
Construction documents are extremely clear and precise. More
thorough and better coordinated than most. Many contractors
say they're among the best in the business. We enjoy a healthy
respect for contractors and their contributions to the project.
But if there's an issue, we don't hesitate to fight for our
clients. Most architecture firms don't work like this, but
it's the only way we know.
The SRBL Team
The SRBL Architects staff is crucial to its success.
Everyone here embraces the collaborative, client-centered
way we do business. We all get our hands dirty. We all have
a "whatever it takes" mindset to do the best for
our clients. Internally, we're a true team. Here there is
a warm, collegial, supportive, family-like atmosphere. We've
learned over the years that when we treat each other this
way, everyone wins. Especially the client.
We're fiercely loyal to our clients
During a meeting regarding the development of a new police
station, the SRBL team heard that the Village was concerned
with a neighbor who was unhappy with the proximity of the
station to her home. The next day, the SRBL team, with drawings
in hand, went out to meet her. They took her through the plans
and before SRBL left, they had a happy neighbor and new supporter
of the project.
