Licensed Architect, Principal
Joined SRBL in 1990.
Ray understood that the new fire station
was much more than a building to the Fire Chief. So, he quickly
replaced the mystique of working with an architect with a
friendship. Ray and the Chief worked together for two years
on the new fire station. Ray's service was so attentive that
he was officially made Fire Fighter #66. Now, the Chief has
a new fire station he is proud of and a lasting friendship.
Ray is a problem solver. He understands
that people do more than look at a building. They have to
live in it and it must work for them. It has to be built on
a budget without sacrificing the excitement of the design
or the functionality of the operation.
Ray has worked as a professional architect
for nearly 20 years in the design and construction of recreational,
municipal, library, school and retail facilities. He is a
superb cost estimator, extremely organized project manager,
and has an outstanding knowledge of building materials, systems
and products, and his knowledge of pool chemistry will surprise
you. Ray oversees the firm's operation and production.
