Joined SRBL in 1985
Talk about commitment. When Carol Sente
says she'll be there for you, she means it. Her long-time
collaboration with suburban fire chiefs brought her in touch
with a camp that's very close to most firefighters' hearts.
And now it's close to Carol's: "Camp I Am Me" for
children burn survivors. Each summer for the past 5 years,
Carol takes a week off work to volunteer as a counselor at
this special camp. Her time with the campers leaves her a
little worn out at the end of the week, but her spirit is
renewed.
Carol is often the person from SRBL a client
first meets. The daughter of an architect, Carol speaks the
language. In fact, her dad was one of the founders of the
firm. With nearly 20 years in the business, she's learned
what clients want, and helps them articulate their dreams,
their ideas and their budget into a plan. Carol oversees the firm’s vision/strategy, management, process development, client relations, and business development. She often
assists in projects on an as-needed basis for activities such
special board and community-level presentations, referendum
campaign planning, and group facilitation.
