Status: Completed November 1922

Challenge/Goal: The Park District purchased the property to evaluate the course and existing facilities in hopes of renovation. SRBL conducted a facilities review and determined it would not be cost effective to renovate.

Solution: Inspired by Midwest “prairie” style architecture, the clubhouse earned rave reviews from long-time golfers. Staircases suspended from the building’s center leave the interiors open to windows for spectacular views of the course. Included are a reception area, banquet hall, full kitchen, locker rooms, lounge, and pro-shop.
