Challenge/Goal: Positioned in a bustling office park, the Satellite Station #53 had to first and foremost fit the design parameters of its corporate setting. The corner lot also borders a busy road, requiring a four-sided presentation.

Solution: SRBL’s design integrates natural materials that complement its surroundings. The building blends both traditional and modern design elements such as the raised glass clerestory that floods the interior with natural light. The interior projects a comfortable yet sophisticated environment of warm colors and natural surfaces. Four-fold bay doors result in improved response time and less heat loss.
