Challenge/Goal: Looking to maximize a tight budget, the Fire Protection District wanted a versatile station that enhanced response time and provided private, yet flexible, accommodations for both male and female staff members.

Solution: Despite the tight budget, SRBL delivered a highly functional and aesthetically pleasing station. Features include a horseshoe-shaped floor plan with quick access to the apparatus bay from anywhere in the station. Unisex locker facilities connecting to three separate bath/dressing rooms provide privacy and flexible space usage. Project included a large-scale exterior brick and minimized unnecessary corridor spaces.
