Challenge/Goal: The Hoffman Estates Park District had outgrown its existing maintenance facility, but had a tight budget to construct a new facility. The Park District wanted to be able to accommodate future additions

Solution: Working within the budget, SRBL developed a design that took advantage of painted, precast concrete for the wall construction. Using this cost-effective approach allowed for the design to incorporate vehicle storage, maintenance space, and administrative offices. The site includes a roomy work yard, material storage bins, and room for future building expansion.
