Status: Completed May 1994, Expansion Completed in 2000

Challenge/Goal: The most difficult challenge was the 80-acre site that had a floodplain running through a large majority of the parcel. This prevented construction on the most desirable part of the site.

Solution: SRBL developed and implemented a master site plan that creatively located the facilities to avoid the floodplain. The design included a gymnasium, running track, administration offices, and several multi-purpose spaces. An indoor aquatic center, larger fitness space, and locker rooms were added later to accomodate changing community needs.
