Solution:  SRBL designed the municipal complex to be user friendly for both patrons and staff.  The building contains a new Village Hall, Senior Center and Police Station.  The Village Hall and Senior Center occupy 15,800 square feet, the police station occupies 21,500 square feet, and remaining space was reserved for future expansion.
