Challenge/Goal: The Village had outgrown its combined Village Hall and Police Department Facility. Departments were spread across three separate buildings. Goals included: consolidating municipal departments, creating operational efficiency, and optimizing workflow.

Solution: All Village departments are efficiently located in the new Village Hall with ample open workspace, storage and meeting spaces. A clear view into the two-story lobby connects the public to the building and the second-story board room overlooking a main road shows government in action. Native landscaping, high-performance systems, and abundant natural daylighting reflect a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.
