A Space Needs Study often combines Programming, Existing Facility Condition Analysis, Site Evaluation, and Project Budgeting into one document. Preliminary design and 3D-renderings are also available. An easily understandable companion report documenting the entire process accompanies the report and contains recommendations for solving the space needs issues. Need an expert analysis of a department’s or your entire organization’s operational strengths and weaknesses? SRBL teams with WRB LLC to provide a third-party review of how to strategically analyze your existing organization and determine how to become more operationally efficient. We look for areas to capitalize upon and identify areas that may need improvement. Once the analysis is complete, your facility may require some subtle retrofitting to create a workspace that complements your new organization.
